Wisconsin is Number 1 in the record books, thanks to the Club's efforts. It wasn't always that way.
   
The Wisconsin Buck & Bear Club has officially panel-scored a new state record, typical whitetail buck that was taken on October 11, 2014 in Dodge County, Wisconsin by a bow hunter, Adam Hupf.
   
Its Official!!! Wisconsin has a new state record buck! A panel of official measurers from around the state gathered to measure a tremendous whitetail harvested by Dusty Gerrits of the Waupun area.

New Wisconsin State record Black Bear

Wade Brockman, cranberry grower from Tomah, got the surprise of his life last November when he found a dead animal in one of his crop fields.

The animal turned out to be the remains of a huge black bear. Wade estimated the bear had been dead for a number on months. Wade then obtained a permit from the WDNR to legally posses the remains. « more info/pictures

The Wisconsin Buck & Bear Club has officially panel-scored a new state record, non-typical whitetail buck that was taken on September 18, 2013 in Waukesha County, Wisconsin by a bow hunter, Jim Baker.
